Passion and experience is the difference.
Criminal law was always Edward’s passion and he even went to law school with the goal of being a career prosecutor. After spending six years as a prosecutor in South Dakota’s largest county, an opportunity opened up and led to him switching to provide practice and as a defense attorney. During his first two years in private practice, he worked for a firm and learned other types of law. However, criminal law remained his passion and because the need and demand for his services as a defense attorney remains so high, he now focuses on nothing else but representing people of all ages accused of committing crimes.
Criminal law is also Sarah’s passion. When people are dealing with the stress and anxiety of pending charges, that is when Sarah is at her best, helping answer clients’ questions and helping to guide them through the process from start to finish.
