Violent Felony Crimes

We have handled the most serious types of violent felony crimes including murder, attempted murder, manslaughter, robbery, riot, aggravated assault, kidnapping, assaults by inmates, assaults against law enforcement officers or health care workers, and child abuse.  These types of violent felonies now require you to serve at least 85% of your sentence before becoming eligible for parole.  Violent crimes can also include misdemeanor offenses such as simple assault.  Simple assault can turn into a felony if you have multiple prior convictions.
