Serious Traffic Offenses
We handle felony traffic offenses such as vehicular homicide and vehicular battery, as well as misdemeanor offenses including driving under the influence, reckless driving, eluding, and hit and run. We do not handle low-level traffic offenses punishable only by fines or costs of $500 or less.
